After six daughters and three failed attempts, twin boys

She came from Yemen already a mother of six daughters, longing to complete her family with a son. She was 46, and three IVF attempts with other doctors had ended without success — enough for many to gently suggest she stop.

A single carefully managed cycle at the clinic was designed for a woman of her age and history, and monitored closely throughout.

She conceived twins, and gave birth to two healthy boys — the sons she had hoped for, and the ending she had almost given up on.
